Professional Yorkshire Artist Granville Daniel Clarke f.r.s.a. was the first Artist to Paint, Sketch, and record his memorable experiences, whilst travelling around the World, which he uniquely achieved in 1990, whilst engaged as Art lecturer for P&O Cruise lines, on one of the final voyages undertaken by the famous Canberra Liner.
Engaging 26 Ports of call, from the ninety day passage, he completed over a hundred on site sketches, around 50 watercolours, and over 100 pages of text, with a short history of each country, to accompany his descriptive writings, relating his exhilarating adventures.
